Atrisco Land Grant, New Mexico

In 1905 the general land office at Washington, D. C, handed down a ' final decision in the famous town of Atrisco grant suit, which had been in the courts since 1885. By the decision the title to the town of Atrisco grant, comprising 82,728.72 acres is restored to the original grantees, and the land will be partitioned among the many descendants of the original grantees.
