This little cemetery is located on part of the old Armijo ranch and is 2.5 miles east of the Horse Springs store and gas station.  It is half way between mile marker 48 and 49 on the south side of Highway 12.  The cemetery is enclosed by a rock fence and has a metal gate.  There is an American flag flying there in honor of Pete C. Armijo, L CPL,  U. S. Marine Corps. One source says there is an unknown, unmarked baby’s grave in this cemetery, but we could find no evidence of it.
