NEFF
Alethea Dean NEFF, 57, died Jan. 4 at her home in Las Cruces after several months of illness. Interment at Big Springs, TX. Mrs. NEFF had lived in Las Cruces the past 14 years and was a member of the Methodist church. Survivors include four sons; the Rev. David PIPER of Abilene, Kan; Ronald G. PIPER of Bethany, OK., Randy NEFF of Hobbs and Gary NEFF of Ft. Worth, TX; a daughter, Brenda Kay NEFF of Lafayette, Colo., four brothers, three sisters and four grandchildren.

MOYERS
Emma Blanche MOYERS, 87, died Monday at her home in Rincon. Burial at Concordia Cemetery El Paso, TX. Survived by one son, George MOYERS of Elephant Butte; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Pallbearers are J. R. DAVIS, Curly BOHANNON, George O. MOYERS, William MOYERS, Robert BOYERS and Don HOIHJILLE.

George Everett COUCH, 59, died Tuesday at his home in Hatch. Burial at the Garden of Memories in Hatch. Survived by his wife, Ocie M. Romelia ALDERETTE, 86, of 252 Espina died Saturday at a local hospital. Getz Funeral Home. Survivors, two sons; Henry ALDERETE Jr., and Santos ALDERETTE, both of Las Cruces; three daughters; Emma GAMBOA, Frances MADRID and Virginia POLANCO, all of Las Cruces.

SILVA
Ramon SILVA, 19 of Rincon died Saturday in Socorro. Burial at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Hatch with the Rev. Aloys KETTELER officiating. Survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Celestino PRIETO of Rincon; three brothers; Martin SILVA, Juan Antonio SILVA, three sisters; Cecelia SILVA, Rosa ISLA and Angelica Patricia SILVA, all of the home address. Getz Funeral Home.

Rincon Man Dies In Crash.
A car overturned on Interstate 25 at Socorro during the weekend, killing a Dona Ana County man who apparently fell asleep at the wheel, state police said. Officers identified the victim as Ramon SILVA, 19, of Rincon. The accident occurred about 4 a.m. Saturday when SILVA'S car hit a guardrail on the 1-25 overpass cross Cuba Road in Socorro, police said. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

Funeral arrangements are pending with Getz Funeral Home for Maria F. SIERRA, 86, of 1225 S. Alamo, who died Sunday in an El Paso hospital.

Deming
HICKLE
Anna Mary HICKLE, 86, of 817 S. Copper in Deming died Tuesday at Mimbres Memorial Hospital. She was born June 26, 1893, in Chicago, ILL and had been an accountant with the Illinois Bell telephone. Interment at Mountain View Cemetery. Survivors include her husband Gerald HICKLE of the home address and a sister, Georgene DVORAK of Neceda, Wisc. Serving as pallbearers were members of the Deming Oddfellow Lodge 7.

Deming
MARTINEZ
Ann OCHOA MARTINEZ, 60 formerly of Deming died Friday at the Good Samartian Nursing Home in Grants. She was born March 15, 1919, in Deming and was in restaurant management for may years. She was a member of the Catholic church. Burial took place in Mountain View Cemetery. She is survived by a son; Fred OCHOA of Gallup; two daughters; Margaret Ann GARDNER of Camerillo, CA., and Barbara Jean MORALES of Gallup; a sister, Letslie ESKLAND of Price, Utah and eight grandchildren. Her first husband was Esteban OCHOA, preceded he in death in 1964.

HASSMAN
Loretta Julia HASSMAN, 72 of 2914 S. Minth in Deming died Saturday afternoon at Mimbres Memorial Hospital. she was born Dec. 7, 1909, in Illinois and came to Deming 68 years age. She was a member of the Holy Family Catholic Church. Wheeler Mortuary Chapel. Burial at Mountain View Cemetery, Rev. James LAFRANZ officiating. She is survived by three sons; Chester Frederick HASAMAN of Tucson, AZ., Eugene Williams HASSMAN and Everett HASSMAN, both of Deming; three daughters; Elizaabeth Ann ACKERMAN of El Paso, Judy Louise RODRIGUEZ of Sweeney, TX., and Rose Olive SMITH of Galesburg, ILL.; one brother, George MC CARTHY of San Lorenzo and 13 grandchildren.

BRAVO
Monica MARTINEZ BRAVO, 75 of 606 W. Second St., died late Saturday night in an El Paso Hospital. She was born Nov. 23, 1904, in Garfield and moved to Deming in 1928. She was a member of the Apostolic Church. Wheeler Chapel. Burial at Mountain View Cemetery, Rev. Rosendo CHAVEZ officiating. Survivors include the husband, Frank T. BRAVO of the home; four sons; Frank M. BRAVO and Arturo BRAVO, both of Deming, Robert BRAVO of El Paso, and Charlie BRAVO of Carson, CA., one daughter, Elisa URBANIAK of Deming. 25 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. A daughter, Dora BACA, preceded her in death in 1975.
