The Kudner Memorial is located high on a rocky hill. This memorial is not accusable by vehicle. The material for this majestic memorial was hauled to the foot of the hill and taken by pack horse to the top. Our appreciation goes out to Pete Griffin, rancher, cowboy and friend for guiding our volunteer and arranging access to the property. -- Click names for Photos.

The Memorial inscription reads:

O Lord in all the joys of life,
Let us never forget to be kind.
Help us to be unselfish in friendship,
Thoughtful of those less happy than ourselves,
and eager to bear the burden of others.
Support us all the day long,
Until the shadows lengthen,
The evening comes,
The busy world is hushed,
The fever of life is over, and
Our work is done.
Then in Thy mercy, grant us a safe lodging,
A Holy rest, and peace at the last.
Amen
