Hall’s Peak Presbyterian Cemetery

NMG Vol. 36, No. 1; March 1997; page 26; Hall’s Peak cemetery was recorded on a snowy day in 1982 by Honey Niemann and Nancy Robertson, and revisited 26 August 1991. The Peak was named for Reverend and Mrs. R. W. Hall, who arrived in Ocaté about 1875 to establish a school and church. The Hall’s Peak post office was in operation from 1887-1912. The cemetery is located in Red Rock Arroyo in the southwest corner of S7/T23N-R18E, UTM 493-4009.
