| Animas Creek Cemetery;
Graham Property
This cemetery is located south of
Truth or Consequences on old Highway 85.
Turn under I-25 (13 miles south). Go west on
Animas Creek road for another three miles.
This small cemetery rests on private
property. If you would like to visit the
cemetery, please contact the Sierra County
Genealogical Society. They will try to make
arrangements with with Mr. Graham.
There are 7 children’s graves
surrounded by rocks with no markings and 15
other unmarked graves surrounded by rocks
with some having wooded crosses, unreadable
mortuary markers or iron crosses. All
visible graves were recorded in 2002 by the
Sierra County Genealogical Society with
