This very old cemetery is in deplorable condition.
Judging by the depressions seen, there are many
unmarked graves. Many stones are damaged, and there
is an above-ground vault with the top caved in.
There is an old dead tree lying on its side in the
vault. We transcribed those stones which were
readable; the remainder of the stones and metal
mortuary markers will have to be etched in order to
be read. We did photograph the vault previously
mentioned, along with the cemetery sign. At present,
no one is maintaining this cemetery. The most recent
burial was in January, 2001.
